1. Service Estimates & Scheduling
Your personal data is strictly utilized for core operational purposes, such as:
Preliminary Estimates: All online quotes or initial digital price ranges are subject to final physical site inspection by our certified technicians.
Appointment Schedules: Service appointment times are estimates. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, hazardous conditions, or emergency calls.
2. Customer Site Access & Responsibilities
Clients are required to ensure safe physical access to the work environment (including roofs, plumbing lines, utility panels, and HVAC units), secure pets, and obtain any required HOA or property approvals prior to work commencement.
3. Billing, Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms, required deposits, and acceptable payment methods are specified in your written service agreement. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit to avoid dispatch fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
GroundWork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability, temporary service disruptions, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
